Jean Bae Jean Bae, the owner of Salon Jean and Day Spa, has 16 years of experience. She came to work in the Potomac village area after graduating from Gramm Webb. Jean took a short 3 years hiatus to work as a freelancer in New York City. While working in New York City, she was able to fine tune her skills as a complete beauty stylist including how to develop natural highlights and colors as well as updos and makeup. With this complete knowledge, she was able to work as a bridal/party specialist while expanding her beauty industry view with the New York City styles. Jean came back to the Potomac village area 7 years ago to continue to service her local clients. Her love for providing beauty to her clients keeps her motivated to continue her education for the latest and the greatest in beauty. She manages to attend many of the hair shows, local and abroad, to get educated in the latest trends and skills. Jean likes to meditate, hike and shop whenever she is not making someone gorgeous at the Salon Jean and Day Spa. |

Al Win Tin Al Win Tin is a nationally certified Massage Therapist with 18 years of experience in massage therapy. He was first introduced to massage therapy in Burma and soon discovered that he had a special touch to heal peoples' ailments thru massages. He continued to study the art of massage therapy when he moved to the States from Burma. He became certified Massage Therapist after attending Heritage Institute. Al specializes in medical, pregnancy, reflexology, hand acupressure, cranial-sacral, lymph drainage, sciatic nerve pain, NMT, MET and Energy work. He works with his clients develop healing solutions to target their specific ailments and pains. |

Carmin Ramsamooj Carmin moved to the States 18 years ago from Trinidad and Tobago. Although she started her career in the beauty industry in the States, her interest in hair styling started as a little girl. Carmin grew up watching and learning from her father who worked and operated his own barber shop. You can say she was born to be a hair stylist. Carmin worked in Rockville area for 6 years after graduating from esthetic Institute of Cosmotology. She came to Salon Jean in September of 2007 and brings vast knowledge of hair styling and techniques. Carmin is not only certified in Keratin Treatment hair straightening system but also has had extensive training and experience in color, highlights, perms and Japanese hair straightening. She especially enjoys men's and children's cut and style. |

Dogan Set Dogan Set is a hair stylist with a world wide view. He has 24 years experience including managing a top notch full service salon for 10 years in Turkey. He came to the States 5 years ago and started working as a stylist in the Potomac area. Dogan loves color and his favorite pastime is helping his clients achieve a beautiful highlight/color in their hair. He continues to explore the world of hair color by attending classes of latest trends and techniques. You can find Dogan playing soccer with his son when he is not experimenting with the hair colors at the Salon Jean and Day Spa. |

Ellie Ebrahimi Ellie worked as a hair stylist in Iran for 6 years before coming to the States. She gave up the trade when she first arrived to the States but soon realized that she loved being in the beauty industry. Ellie restarted her career 2 years ago and joined the Salon Jean team in March 2008. Ellie loves styling everything from hair to face (makeup) to eyebrows. She absolutely loves working with her clients and continues to expand her skills and techniques for the latest trends and styles. |

Flavia Rocha Flavia Rocha came from Brazil 4 years ago to the Potomac area to kick start her career in the beauty industry. She is a gem of an assistance to Jean and was personally trained by Jean with coloring and blowdrys. |

Ifang Yang Ifang was born in Taiwan and came to the States with her family in 1983. She started her journey in the beauty industry in 2006 when she graduated from Paul Mitchell where she was trained in color, cut and style. With her impeccable attention to detail, she enjoys working with clients to come up with styles individualized to their needs. Ifang specializes in color, cut/style and hair extensions (she is certified in so-cap hair extensions). She is also trained in permanent eye lash extensions. She loves challenging herself to perfect the latest and most effective techniques. |

Jacob Yardimci Jacob, the jack of all trades, has 22 years of experience as a hair stylist. He is capable of installing microwaves to giving a complete head to toe bridal look. He came to the States 10 years ago and worked in the Gaithersburg area as a stylist. He joined the Salon Jean team in September 2007 and has managed to become indispensable as both stylist and as the Salon Jean's "to go" man. Jacob truly loves women and how he can make women beautiful. He has extensive experience in color, hilights, cut/style and updos. He loves working with his clients to make sure they are satisfied with their new look. Jacob continues to expand his beauty industry knowledge by attending many classes and seminars. |

Sima Troncone Sima Troncone has 25 years experience with various skin care treatments. She is certified in Dr Hauschka, Kanebo, Esthederm, Sothys and Murad skin cares. Sima has worked in many places including in Hawaii for 11 years. She came to work in the Potomac area 7 years ago and fell in love with the area. She has developed many close relationships with her clients and enjoys her time spent with each one of them. Washingtonian magazine recently wrote Sima as to giving "the best pampering facial" in the Washington metro area. Although Sima was trained in many different skin care treatments using different products and techniques (including chemical peels and microdermabrasion), she enjoys the holistic skin care and counseling the most. Sima enjoys spending her time with her son when she is not pampering her clients at the Salon Jean and Day Spa. |
